You have the right to return all or part of your order within 14 calendar days of receipt, without penalty and without giving any reason. In this case, you only pay the shipping costs for returning the products.

To exercise your right to unilaterally withdraw from the contract, you must inform us in writing by filling in return form. We recommend that you complete the return request within 2 days of receipt of the parcel and notify us by telephone ( 0722 556 767 ).

The form must be completed in full and sent by e-mail to office@maruca.ro. You will be notified later by e-mail of the request.

Refunds will be made no later than 14 days from the date of acceptance of the return by Maruca Atelier. To be accepted for return, products must be returned in the original or equivalent packaging and be in the same condition in which they were delivered: with all accessories and labels, without signs of wear or washing. The parcel must also contain a fully completed return form.

Please use a protective box to prevent damage in transit. We will not credit products that are damaged due to improper packaging.
